Ramp up, hands black. Maggie books the MOT.
For garages, MOT centres and mobile mechanics. She takes the registration, books what fits on the ramp, and texts when the MOT is due.
Hear her answer as your business: type your website address and she takes a call as your receptionist.

What she does for you
Takes the reg, checks the car
"Is that the blue Ford Focus?" She checks the registration against the official record, so the booking has the right car and she knows when the MOT runs out.
Books the ramp, not just the day
An MOT takes an hour, a service takes three. She books what fits round what you've already got in, and won't promise a ramp you don't have.
Says what you'd say about price
MOT fee, service from a price, diagnostics by the hour: she quotes exactly what you've told her, and takes a message for anything else.
Reminds them to rebook
On Pro, when the MOT is coming round again, the customer gets a text and books by replying.
Tells you after every call
A booking, a part enquiry or someone asking for a quote: you get the name, the number and what they wanted.
Knows breakdown from booking
A car that won't start gets your advice and the first slot; a routine service gets booked where it fits.
An MOT, booked by registration
She took the reg, confirmed the car, found an hour on Thursday morning and told the customer the MOT was due on the 2nd, so he didn't have to check.
Every word of that is from a script you approved, and you can change it any time.
Standard for a garage with a counter. Pro for more than one ramp and MOT reminders.
Standard at £179 a month handles calls, texts and the review requests. Pro at £299 adds a diary per ramp or mechanic, the MOT reminders that bring last year's customers back, and deposits for big jobs. See all three plans.
How does she check the registration?
Against the official MOT history record, while the customer is on the phone. If the record isn't available I ask for the make and colour instead.
Can she book a mobile mechanic?
Yes. For mobile work I book around your driving, the same as for a plumber, and check the address.
What about parts enquiries?
I take the details and text you. I won't guess whether you've got a part in.

Try her on your own phone for two weeks
A card to start, nothing taken for two weeks. If she doesn't book you any work, you've lost nothing.
