Foils in, phone ringing. Maggie books it.
For salons, barbers and beauty rooms. She books by stylist and time, reminds clients the evening before, and asks for the review.
Hear her answer as your business: type your website address and she takes a call as your receptionist.

What she does for you
Books by stylist and service
A colour with Maya on Saturday at 10:00, a cut with anyone Tuesday after 5. She knows who does what and how long it takes, and shares the day fairly.
Reminds, so people turn up
A text the evening before. Clients can move or cancel by replying, so the slot is refilled instead of lost to a no-show.
Asks for the review
The day after, one text with your Google link. Your reviews grow without anyone chasing.
Recognises regulars
On Pro, she knows a returning client's name and who they saw last time, and offers that stylist first.
Deposits for the big appointments
On Pro, a payment link at booking for colour and extensions, paid into your own account. No-shows stop costing an afternoon.
Six-weekly reminders
On Pro, when the cut is coming round again, the client gets a text and books by replying.
A Saturday colour, booked with the right stylist
She checked Maya's diary, held the two hours a colour needs, and sent the confirmation and a deposit link while the client was still on the phone.
Every word of that is from a script you approved, and you can change it any time.
Standard for most salons. Pro when you have a team.
Standard at £179 a month answers texts and WhatsApps as well as calls, which is how salon clients book, and sends the review requests. Pro at £299 adds a diary per stylist, deposits and the six-weekly reminders. See all three plans.
Clients text more than they ring. Does she handle that?
On Standard and Pro, yes. I answer and book a text or a WhatsApp the same way I do a call.
Can she take a deposit?
On Pro. I put a payment link in the confirmation text, paid straight into your own account.
What about walk-ins and the front desk?
I don't replace anyone on the floor. I take the calls the desk can't, when they're with a client or the salon's closed.
